- Rotation cycle of 5 minutes. Rest for 55 minutes. Repetition (this is equivalent to about 1000 revolutions per day)
- Cycle of rotation of 4 minutes. Rest for 26 minutes. Repetition (this is equivalent to about 1500 revolutions per day)
- Rotation cycle of 3 minutes. Rest for 12 minutes. Repetition (this is equivalent to about 2300 revolutions per day)
- Rotation cycle of 3 hours. Rest for 9 hours. Repeat (this is equivalent to approximately 2900 revolutions per day)
